Select the your email account and click “Change”. This will bring up the Email Accounts wizard Click on Tools then select Account Settings. Make sure that Remember Password is checked, Click OK. The Password is your normal email password. The Account Name is your full email address. Make sure the dot is next to Log On Using. Make sure that there is a check next to My Server Requires Authentication. In the bottom of you Internet Accounts window press the Close button. At the bottom of the email properties window, click Apply, then click Ok. If the Outgoing port is currently set to 25, change it to 587. Then click ok at the bottom of that window. If you use a smartphone such as an iPhone or Android, you will not need to make any changes. If you currently use our webmail service to send and receive email, you do not need to make any changes. After the change, the process will be automatic. The change that you will need to make to your mail program should only take about 5 minutes, and will only need to be done once. Starting on November 4th, 2012, we will be setting the server so that all customers will need to authenticate whenever sending an email message.
